This 17th Century farmhouse has, over the years, been transformed into a warm, luxurious family home, whilst carefully preserving and celebrating its Mallorcan character. The property includes a pool, tennis court, and cinema room, as well as a dining area housed in the old olive press. The latter is a magnificent space, and a feature which is becoming increasingly rare on the island. Whatever the time of year, this spectacular estate is perfect for welcoming large groups, or for gathering to celebrate special occasions. Weddings are permitted for up to 50 guests.

Indoor layout: This spacious property boasts 9 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 18 guests with a further 3 on request. Everything is on offer at the house to make for a truly comfortable stay including a cinema room with games and consoles, a huge yoga/workout room and of course the historic dining area by the original olive press. The 17th house Ca’n Soller has been brought into the 21st century with a B&O sound system throughout and fibre optic wifi for top level connectivity. Air conditioning is installed in all the bedrooms and guests can make use of the 11 bathrooms. Floorplans can be provided on request if you’d like to check the layout. 

Outdoor layout: This property is a perfect event venue with gorgeous outdoor spaces, a huge salt-water swimming pool and even a tennis court. 12 sun loungers and pool towels are included. From the house you have calming mountain views and feel very private in its countryside location between the town and the beach. Ca’n Soller also benefits from a large dining area where you can fire up the barbecue and dine in the shade, escaping the heat of the day. It’s even possible to enjoy this villa with your pets (on request).

The house is open for bookings all year round and can host events for up to 50 guests (additional event fee payable). 
The house has a countryside location and plenty of parking for your convenience. The popular Soller restaurants and bars are a 5 minute drive, while the closest beach is Puerto Soller, a large, sweeping sandy bay just 10mins drive away.
