Hidden Gems #1: Restaurant: Bon LlocApril 22, 2016

The first vegetarian restaurant in Mallorca, Bon Lloc opened their doors in 1978. You will find the now 100% vegan restaurant in the Old Town of Palma on the West-side of the ‘Borne’.

They vary between set menus, taster menus and a la carte. The food is creative, well-presented and packed with flavour. The desserts are always a highlight.

In their own words, they specialise in ‘no-frills vegetarian food, made with love and sensitivity, using fresh ingredients bought daily from the market’. We can vouch for it being an absolute winner.
