Claxon. Now they make a punchy noise and this restaurant certainly does too! It has got the wow factor in every way, from the drinks, food, service and the decor – it is unique and stands out as one of the best places I’ve been to, not only in Palma but anywhere. And you can even take your dog.

I love to sit on the bar and watch the very talented and happy staff make cocktails. The strawberry daiquiri is the best I have tasted, ever. The place is spacious, buzzy, airy. It has a New York warehouse feel which is exactly what one of the three brains behind the venture wanted after spending time there. A lot of thought, passion and soul has gone into making Claxon something truly special. You know when you just feel a great energy in a place and everyone in the room is sharing that excited, carefree, where is the day/night going to take me… kind of vibe…well this place has that!

The menu is exciting, almost too exciting it is hard to pick but that’s OK because you won’t be in a hurry to leave.

Also, if you have any dietary requirements (the last time I went with a vegan friend) the kitchen will be really happy to adapt ingredients for you and always make sure you leave room for dessert, or at least another cocktail.
