Many of our clients absolutely love the Cap Rocat Festival. It brings together some of the greatest stars of opera and classical music at magical Hotel Cap Rocat surrounded by spectacular wild nature and breathtaking turquoise sea.
Cap Rocat is located in the most secluded area of the Bay of Palma. The hotel, built centuries ago as a fortress, has the privilege of access to the bay’s marine reserve.
After renovating Hotel Cap Rocat, award-winning architect Antonio Obradar decided to inaugurate a unique summer musical experience.
Hotel Cap Rocat is very much at the heart of organising the festival. In line with its commitment to cultural and sustainable tourism that enriches Mallorca’s cultural offering.
The hotel is just 15 minutes from Palma and around an hour from Deià.
Launched in 2021, the festival has expanded from one to three days. Ample proof of its popularity.
This year it features Latvian Mezzo Elīna Garança who will also offer a free masterclass open to the public. She is one of the most famous mezzo-sopranos in the world, her voice a ‘luscious, wonderful mezzo’.

The Festival has also entered into a partnership with the prestigious Deutsche Grammaphon label who will include performances on its global STAGE+ platform.
‘Cap Rocat Festival aims to be a lighthouse of opera and symphonic music in Mallorca,’ says artistic director Ilias Tzempetonidis.
