Casa Charlotte is an attractive stone villa with a lovely infinity pool terrace overlooking the sea. With five ensuite bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements there’s enough space for everyone. There’s also a lawn area great for children at the front of the house, off-street parking and a gym! The house is walking distance into Deia for restaurants and nightlife and a 25 minute hike down to the stunning beach cove at Cala Deia- it really ticks every single box in the holiday ‘must have’ checklist.

Indoor layout:
The property is securely gated with off-street parking for a couple of cars. From the parking area, walk up some steps to the entrance hall, guest toilet and staircase on the first floor. From here you reach the open plan kitchen/dining area on the left and the living room to the right. Through french windows on both sides is access to the pool terrace and covered dining area. The feel is bright, light and summery. 

Downstairs, you´ll find 4 ensuite bedrooms, all with A/C, and a laundry room. All these bedrooms have direct access to the lower lawned garden. On this level is also the garage which has been converted into a gymnasium to help you keep in shape after dining at all the wonderful restaurants in Deia! 

On the top floor is the master bedroom suite, which is really special. The huge bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a full bath. More french windows lead onto a private balcony which has stunning sea views. 

Outdoor layout:
The walled property has off-street parking for 2 cars. Entering through the secure gate, there's a lawned area great for children to play on or for some quiet sunbathing.  The main pool terrace is on the first floor and it features a shaded dining area with a gas barbecue for alfresco eating. An inviting infinity swimming pool measuring 6m x 4m awaits you. There are 8 sun loungers and pool towels are included. The views are wonderful with coastal and mountain outlooks.
