Located at the entrance to the S’Empeltada neighbourhood in the outskirts of Deia, this securely gated property is only a 10 minute walk from the heart of the village and 25 minutes walk to the beautiful Cala Deia beach. Ca’n Patufet is the perfect place to soak up the summer sun, and enjoy the company of family and friends.

Indoor layout:
Ca’n Patufet has a home from home feel, with a perfect open-plan layout, as you enter into a large, light-filled, dining and living room with a stunning kitchen leading off it. The airy, but cosy, living room has a fireplace, for winter evenings and an antique tiled floor giving you a warm ambience throughout. The well-equipped kitchen is spacious and practical, with a huge stone island unit creating a welcoming meeting place to socialise and cook. Leading from the living space is the first double ensuite bedroom and continuing along the passageway you´ll find yourself in the gorgeous master bedroom suite. This room has doors out on the garden and a wonderful en-suite bathroom featuring a full bathtub from which to relax and enjoy a cool glass of cava.

On the opposite side of the pool, you will find a separate guest casita with a double bedroom and another luxury bathroom. This studio has a little fireplace and stunning views out over the west coast.  

Outdoor layout: The fully fenced property has off-street parking at a lower level. Entering through the secure gate, there are steps down onto the main pool terrace which includes a dining area with a gas barbecue for lazy lunches or sunset cocktails. A refreshing salt water swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m awaits you. There are 4 singles and 1 double sun lounger and pool towels are included. The views are wonderful with coastal and mountain outlooks.
