Son Alba is an exclusive Charles Marlow villa, home to one of the most spectacular views in Mallorca.This traditional country villa has 6 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, this luxury property is all about outdoor living. Panoramic views are abundant here being situated on one of the highest viewpoints of Port de Soller. This beautifully elevated position is still walking distance to the port’s shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and sandy beaches. Son Alba is also a hiker's paradise being close to the stunning trails between Port de Soller and Cala Deia.

Indoor layout: This Mallorquin country home is perfect for your family and guests to relax with comfort. On the upper level you have the master bedroom, a twin and two other ensuite bedrooms (one with private terrace). There is also a dedicated office space or an additional single bed option looking out over the glamorous Port de Soller.

The lower level has two ensuite bedrooms with separate outside access ideal for guests or teenagers wanting independent entrances. It has a home from home feel with an excellent sound system, billiards room, piano and mini gym to help guests maintain their active lifestyles. Son Alba features all the installations you need such as fitted A/C and fast Wifi. The kitchen has a long open-plan, social layout with a dining table for eight people. There is an oak breakfast bar in the centre of the kitchen with all possible appliances like juicer, blender, ice machine, various coffee makers, extra fridge and freezer, and much more. There is also a small coffee table around the kitchen fireplace with a TV. This room leads out to two separate terraces: a courtyard to the left and a vast open terrace to the right, perfect for alfresco dining.

Outdoor layout: Son Alba is surrounded by spacious terraces overlooking Soller's bustling port. There are various outside chill out areas where family members can sit and have lunch or drink cocktails while others can prepare the barbecue or play ping pong. There is a fabulous natural looking pool area located on the lower level with a separate kitchenette, sun loungers and reading areas.
