Location: The Bens d’Avall area, 10-15min drive from Deia or Soller. Cala Alconasser: 15min walk. Airport: 45-50min drive.

Description: Situated within easy reach of both Deia and Soller, this immaculately kept four-bedroom house is unrivalled in its position. A large open-plan living area leads onto a sun-soaked terrace with a pool, from which breathtaking sunsets can be marvelled at all year round. The dining terrace next to the pool is a great place to host barbecues. The area of Bens d'Avall is known to provide tranquillity yet it is close enough to both Deia and Soller. It is the perfect spot for entertaining friends and family, or as a Mediterranean refuge to use as an escape from the wider world.

There is a little rocky cove by Cala Alconasser which can be accessed by driving 2 mins to Bens d’Avall and then walking to Cala Alconasser if you like to have a dip in the sea. The popular Bens d'Avall Restaurant is just a few minutes walk away, so be sure to book in advance to enjoy excellent food and the most beautiful sunset views from its dining area.

Indoor layout: Upon entering the property you notice the light, bright and airy living space. This dual aspect room has high ceilings with a galleried seating above. French windows open out onto the main sun terrace and swimming pool. In the living room the inviting sofas and dining space have a clean, fresh feel. On this level you also have a small but well equipped kitchen, and a bedroom suite.

Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms and the other two twin rooms share a bathroom. In addition, there is a guest cloakroom. The house is air conditioned throughout and thanks to numerous large windows the interior is very bright and airy. Central heating is available for winter bookings.

Outdoor layout: The house enjoys stunning sea and sunset views from the south west facing terraces. The garden is surrounded by fragrant pine trees and has private parking in a locked garage above the house for two cars. There are several terraces from which to enjoy some of the best coastal views on the island and a 5m x 3m swimming pool (which can be heated for E550 a week). A gas barbecue and an outdoor dining table complete the perfect environment for languorous dinners watching the sun go down over the west coast.

***Please note this property has a very steep access down to the property from where the car is parked. Not suitable for anyone who has restricted mobility and not advisable for toddlers. You must be sure-footed to walk the access road***

Minimum number of nights: Minimum 4 nights, minimum 1 week in June-September, and flexibility on check in/out day. Long term bookings and winter rentals are welcome.
