Indoor layout: Entering the house you are welcomed by an open plan living area (musicians can enjoy the piano!) with an adjacent stylish kitchen made with local stone and lots of natural wooden features. It has a beautiful glazed dining area which can be opened up in summer or closed in winter. At the far end of the common areas, you are led right out onto the pool terrace.
In total there are 4 double bedrooms (all with king-sized beds) and 4 bathrooms, each room has its own A/C and is very light and spacious, with 3 rooms with beautiful views of the village. Those 3 rooms are on the top floor, alongside 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub) and a master bedroom balcony with panoramic views. The lower ground floor has a wonderful bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as a small gym that has its own private entrance and a TV.
Outdoor layout: You can enjoy the sun all day long in the gardens and terraces and stretch out by the newly built infinity plunge pool (heating can be added for €500/week) with 5 sunloungers. From here you have incredible town and mountain views and it’s a great spot for a glass of wine or a barbecue while the sun sets behind the church and illuminates the surrounding mountains.
Can Topa is a rare opportunity to get imaginatively landscaped outdoor spaces, lots of sun, a 3m x 5m plunge pool and 4 bedrooms. In winter months the house has central heating, a fireplace and pool heating can be added for a fee. Small events are allowed at the house for an additional fee. All the popular Deia restaurants and bars are just a short stroll away, but the house remains a peaceful and private oasis.
Our 3 favourite things about the house: The best location in the heart of Deia, walking distance to everything the village has to offer. All day sun. The house has recently been refurbished by More Design Studios and has its own gym.
Perfect for: Families with children are welcome. Groups who want a comfortable house close to amenities. Good facilities for winter vacations.
Be aware: Not walking distance to sea. No security around the pool for small children. Village location with neighbours.
