Casa Dolphina

Indoor layout: Upon entering the house down some steps from the upper parking area, you come into the beautifully crafted kitchen/dining room made using local stone and wood. Next door is the compact living area with an open fire and built-in seating. Beyond this, you’ll find the ‘nook’ with two bunk beds cleverly hidden behind heavy linen curtains. There’s a bathroom here too.

On the first floor, Casa Dolphina has three bedrooms, each with individual AC. The biggest is a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite and private terrace. The other two double bedrooms share a separate bathroom. 

Outdoor layout: The villa has private parking for 2 small cars. Casa Dolphina is all about outdoor living, with several terraces and a huge pool. Next to the downstairs kitchen, you have a lovely breakfast terrace. Beside that, overlooking the old, terraced landscape you will find a larger outside dining area with a big gas BBQ. Finally, down a few steps, you have your own large pool area measuring 11m x 6m with extensive sea views from the 3 double sunbeds. Pool towels are included with the rental. The house is surrounded by lawns and fruit trees, all beautifully landscaped by MoreDesign.

Be mindful: Not suitable for families with young children and people with reduced mobility due to the terraced land and tricky steps. Neighbour located in close proximity.
