Indoor layout: The property consists of a main house and a separate guest house with its own bedroom and bathroom. There are two different entrances; you can come in through the parking area, entering into the courtyard which leads directly into the large and bright kitchen. Alternatively, there’s a door from the street on the lower floor next to the incredible cinema room featuring a pull down screen and projector and scatter-cushions galore. There is also a guest cloakroom and a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine and dryer on this level.
On the courtyard level, guests have another comfy sitting room with a fireplace for winter evenings and a large TV. The light and bright kitchen next door is beautifully designed using the finest natural and local stone, wood and fabrics. On the same floor you’ll also find two twin bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms. The vast master bedroom, on the top floor, has its own roof terrace and an en suite with a full bath. On this level, you’ll also find a study with a double sofabed (which can be used as a fifth bedroom) and another bathroom.
Outdoor layout: There is a staircase leading up from the terrace to access the 2 private parking spaces for 2 small cars. The courtyard garden features a stunning outdoor dining area with built-in seating around an open fireplace and a gas barbecue. The swimming pool measures 6.5m x 4.4m and is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer’s day. The views are lovely for such a central townhouse, with village and mountain outlooks. On the top floor there’s also a little roof terrace and snug double sun lounger.

“We stayed at RL3 in Deia in August for a week as a party of eight. The house had clearly been recently renovated above and beyond what we have found previously in any rental property. The children particularly loved the cinema room with its giant screen and massive cushions, which in turn allowed the grown-ups to enjoy the outdoor/bbq area and pool. The location is ideal - quiet enough so that you don't see or hear the neighbours, yet only two minutes' walk to the local shop and the centre of the village.”
