The villa itself is gated, with plenty of parking, in a quiet area with a few villas around, but not overlooked. Can Winando consists of a main house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a spacious separate casita with bathroom, living room and terraces. It boasts a generous 11m swimming pool which can be heated for an extra weekly fee.
Can Winando is the perfect place to soak up the sun of the famous North-West Coast of Mallorca - at any time of year due to the central heating and fireplace. The villa can also be rented at a lower price out of season if you opt to use only the main villa and not the casita.
Indoor layout: Upon entering the villa you find a large kitchen which leads into a spacious and welcoming living room with a fireplace, leading out onto the dining terrace. There’s a handy bathroom next door.
Upstairs, you’ll find the master ensuite bedroom with two private terraces. The other three bedrooms are found on the lower level, and all open out towards the pool terrace. There’s a bathroom shared between two double bedrooms with a full bath and the third double bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom complete with corner bath. The fifth bedroom is located in the separate studio casita in the garden. Air conditioning is fitted throughout.
Outdoor layout: You enter the gated property along a beautiful driveway which has its own garage. Can Winando offers the rare feature of 360 degree terracing; there’s a dining and drinks terrace in the front of the villa by the entrance patio; a pool terrace with sea views leading directly into the 3 downstairs bedrooms; a private terrace belonging to the upstairs master bedroom with en-suite; another west-facing sunset terrace just before entering the master suite; a dining terrace with sea views on the ground floor, leading to the modern kitchen and cosy living areas; and finally an eastern-faced breakfast terrace by the casita. There’s also table tennis and several seating areas spread across the property.
