Indoor layout: The house itself is newly built but has a traditional feel; classic and rustic with homely and comfortable furnishings. It has a large garage with steps up to the main floor. Upon entry there’s a grand hallway with a traditional tessellated tile floor. Leading off it is a spacious and airy kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar and an adjacent pantry and laundry room. The living room space has a fireplace and village views. On the other side, there's a lounge room (the sofa can be made into a comfortable extra single bed) and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms in total as well as a TV room on the landing. Two of the bedrooms, with king-sized beds, have en-suite bathrooms. A double and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with a full bath and there’s an additional cloakroom too. The house has central heating and three fireplaces for low season bookings.

Outdoor layout: Garage and off-street parking for 3-4 small/medium sized vehicles with steps up to the house. The garden features a large front terrace, an even bigger barbecue and lounge terrace, and a huge patio with sunlight and natural shade from the village's most beautiful tree. On the top terrace you’ll find a generous 10m x 5m salt-water swimming pool (being renovated winter 2022) with 6 sun loungers & pool towels included. The gardens benefit from stunning mountain, village and partial sea views.
