From here you can enter the old, restored “tafona” (oil mill) and “molí de sang” (flour mill), or access the main house. The reception has original rustic stone floors and a chapel and leads onto the kitchen and a big dining room that sits 12 people. There is also one large bedroom - all rooms in the finca have en-suite bathrooms - on this level. The first floor offers a beautifully designed library, a large living room and three double bedrooms. One room can be both a twin or a double and is apt for disabled people as it has a terrace exit that leads to the front of the villa without the use of any steps. Finally, the top floor has two bedrooms, a fireplace and a big living area with an extra kitchen. From here, you can sit and enjoy afternoon tea with a view of the sea. There is also a rooftop terrace, perfect for pre-dinner drinks and snacks. All in all, Ca's Figuera offers a historic yet modern holiday in nature, with walking trails leading you down to the sandy beaches of Port de Soller in just 20 minutes, and with both Deia and Palma reached in 20-30 minutes by car.
