Location: Port Soller, 35min drive from Palma, 20-25min drive from Deia. Airport: 40-45min drive.

Description: La Miranda is an exclusive Charles Marlow villa, quietly drawn back from Port Soller's buzz, yet located in walking distance to the port’s shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and sandy beaches. A brand new and absolutely fabulous 5-bedroom modern villa, La Miranda offers stunning 360º views over the sea from its clifftop position. Towards the east, you have panoramic views over the marina, the village and the mountains, while you get first line access to the sun setting over the open sea on the western side of the villa.

Indoor layout: This being a recently reformed villa, it is both comfortable and modern, perfect to use all year round. It has all installations needed such as underfloor heating, fitted AC, quick wifi and Sonos. The house is divided into three floors. The main floor is all social space with an open dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a TV lounge and a restroom. There is also an extra kitchen with all possible appliances like juicer, blender, ice machine, various coffee makers, extra fridge and freezer, and much more. The lower level holds 4 en-suite bedrooms, all with beautiful views of the port, and exits to a long balcony with morning sun and beautiful views. The upper level is a private master suite, with astonishing sea views on either side of the room, a bathroom with a sea view bathtub, and a large private sunset terrace.

Outdoor layout: La Miranda is a townhouse which has been turned into a modern masterpiece with several terraces, gate and parking for two normal-sized cars. By the downstairs bedrooms, there’s a long sea-view balcony. The bigger terraces are on the main level though, with a lovely shaded saltwater pool at the heart of the house, so you can cool down on those hot summer days. The pool is right by the kitchen and one of the various dining areas, so family members can sit and have lunch or drink cocktails while the kids splash around. On the other side of the house, towards the cliffs, the sunsets and the sea, you have a BBQ, a large, covered dining table and lots of sunbeds.

Our 3 favourite things about the house: The views are stunning all day, the hand-picked selection of furniture and decor, the top-modern standard of all appliances in the house.
Perfect for: Big families who like to be drawn back from the busy Port yet close to quality dining and sandy beaches. Also decent wheelchair access - from outside the house you can access both the lower floor and the main floor without the use of stairs.
Be aware: Curvy, narrow access road: the last 2 minutes drive to the house is quite narrow, so we don’t recommend renting big SUV’s. No pets allowed.
Minimum number of nights: 2 weeks in high season with flexible check-in/out days. 3 weeks preferred - not rented November - March, but feel free to enquire.
