Towards the east, panoramic views spread out over the marina, the village and the mountains, while the western side of the villa has first line access to the open sea and witnesses magnificent Mallorcan sunsets.

Indoor layout: Both comfortable and modern, this newly refurbished property is perfect for use all year round. La Miranda is equipped with underfloor heating, fitted AC, high speed wifi and a Sonos sound system, ensuring that all your modern convenience needs are met. The house is divided into three floors with the main floor dedicated to providing a comfortable and convivial social space, surrounded by windows walls leading out onto spacious terraces. The open plan dining room easily seats 10 guests and is complemented by a TV lounge , a cosy sitting area in front of the fireplace and a contemporary open plan kitchen. If this isn't enough to satisfy, an extra kitchen awaits, full of modern appliances - a juicer, blender, ice machine, various coffee makers, extra fridge and freezer, and much more. The lower level is made up of 4 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, all with beautiful views of the port, and access to a long balcony where the morning sun announces the day. The upper level is home to a spacious private master suite, with astonishing sea views on either side, a bathroom with a sea view bathtub, and a large private sunset terrace.

Outdoor layout: La Miranda is a gated property which has been transformed into a modern masterpiece with several lovely and inviting terraces, plus parking for two cars. The downstairs balcony running along the front of the bedrooms has voluptuous lounge chairs perfect for sipping coffee in the soft morning sun while contemplating the picturesque port, sea and mountain views beyond. Be aware: Curvy, narrow access road: the last 2 minutes drive to the house is quite narrow, so we don't recommend renting big SUV´s. Smaller cars are just fine. 

Minimum number of nights:  7 nights minimum in high season with flexible check-in/out days. Feel free to enquire about off season or long term rentals.

The villa was absolutely stunning and we all felt we couldn’t fault the design in any way. Our favourite thing was the terrace looking out to the ocean where we watched several sunsets. But in many respects the best thing of all was that the villa had multiple views and terraces so that we could always find shade or sun if we wanted at any time of day. We had a fantastic time and we are missing the villa now that we are back.”
