Indoor layout:  Decorated using a classically rustic Mallorcan colour palette, Finca Muleta features plenty of windows and doors to let in the glorious sunlight. The beamed ceilings enhance the sense of being in a traditional island home. An abundance of space and light is very much part of Finca Muleta’s character.  With its high ceiling, the main reception and piano room is filled with natural light throughout the day. On cooler evenings, the present owner who lives at Son Alba year-round says, the large fireplace is the perfect spot for the family to gather.  An open plan kitchen and dining space leads out onto a spacious west-facing terrace looking out to sea. There is also an inner courtyard for long lunches and dinners filled with laughter, conversation and wines selected from your own wine cellar with its traditional arched ceilings created and designed by Oro del Negro of Moredesign.  After days spent in the great outdoors, relax in the games and movie room. The six bedrooms range in size from doubles to cosy hideaways for the children. One bedroom opens onto a separate west-facing terrace overlooking the pool, lawn and the splendid view as does its bathroom. The other five bathrooms are ample and well-appointed. 

Outdoor layout: At Finca Muleta, generous terraces flow out to a large stone pool area and a lawn from which you can gaze out to the endless sea and sky above the pine forest that rolls down to the sea.  When it comes to truly living the Mediterranean lifestyle, you have your own vineyard on the estate, enabling you to produce your own wine together with local experts, as well as olive trees that can be harvested then pressed in Sóller for your own oil.
