On a private lower terrace you'll find a large hot tub tucked away with its own intimate sun deck.

Located towards front of the estate leading from the capacious parking area, is an open courtyard where you can hear the birds and the water fountain; this is the original part of the estate, blessed with character and charm.  You also have various tranquil spots to rejuvenate your creativity or simply read under some trees in the shade. Practicalities are also catered for with the in/out carriageway drive, parking, back up generator and extensive water supply. 

Our 3 favourite things about the house: The best sunset location in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana close to the emblematic rock with a hole: Sa Foradada. All day sun. The home is perfect for entertaining with gym, sauna and cinema room.
