The house is divided into three floors with the main floor dedicated to providing a comfortable and convivial social space, surrounded by window walls leading out onto spacious terraces. The open plan dining room easily seats 10 guests and is complemented by a TV lounge, a cosy seating area in front of the fireplace and a contemporary open plan kitchen. If this isn’t enough to satisfy, an extra kitchen awaits, full of modern appliances - a juicer, blender, ice machine, various coffee makers, extra fridge and freezer, and much more. The lower level is made up of 4 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, all with beautiful views of the port, and access to a long balcony where the morning sun announces the day. The upper level is home to a spacious private master suite, with astonishing sea views on either side, a bathroom with a sea view bathtub, and a large private sunset terrace.

Outdoor layout: La Miranda is a gated property which has been transformed into a modern masterpiece with several lovely and inviting terraces, plus parking for two cars. The downstairs balcony running along the front of the bedrooms has voluptuous lounge chairs perfect for sipping coffee in the soft morning sun while contemplating the picturesque port, sea and mountain views beyond. The property’s main level is surrounded by large and lovely terraces with a variety of relaxing seating options, covered alfresco dining for 12, state of the art BBQ and sumptuous sun beds to accompany the shaded saltwater pool. Panoramic views towards the rocky cliffs, the bustling port de Soller, the shimmering sea, majestic mountains and balearic sunsets culminate to make La Miranda the ideal holiday home.
