Outdoor layout: This gated private property has parking for 3-4 small/medium sized vehicles. There is a spacious and beautiful upper terrace with outdoor dining for 8 and large outdoor lounge area by the living room entrance. The two lower bedrooms have a private terrace, there is another lovely outdoor sitting area and also a private viewpoint terrace. Through the plant covered pergola you find the a large salt water swimming pool, 6 sun loungers, pool towels and open sea views where you can enjoy magnificent Mediterranean sunsets.

Be mindful: Curvy, narrow and bumpy drive to the house, we recommend small/medium-sized vehicles, not within walking distance to amenities, and not recommended for toddlers or people with limited mobility due to the different levels/terraces.
