Indoor: This charming villa is spread out on one level, centred on the open living room and kitchen, creating a convivial atmosphere perfect for coming together with family and friends. Modern interior design and an edgy industrial touch mix flawlessly with warm relaxed comfort and sunny window walls. The house is full of the newest and highest quality appliances and there is a dedicated cinema room for the cinephile. The villa has a state-of-the-art gym and five large bedrooms, all of them en-suite, each one opening up onto the garden.

Outdoor: Outside you can sink your bare feet into the lush green lawn, enjoy swimming in the 20m pool or relax in the shade on the various chill-out terraces. The outdoor dining table, situated next to the outdoor kitchen and surrounded by the Ibizan countryside, ensures you’re never far from your next al-fresco meal. There is a dedicated children’s area on the grounds with a playhouse and sports enthusiasts will love the 5-a-side football pitch within the grounds.
