Outdoor layout: Villa Serenidad sits on a 10,000m2 plot of lush green grass, farmland, mature trees and gardens and is surrounded by pine forest with sea views in the distance. The outdoor areas have been carefully curated to appeal to and entertain guests of all ages. The younger generation will be delighted with the full scale wooden playground, two playhouses, oversized checkers set, table tennis, petanque court and a large trampoline. The generous pool area includes a 10m x 6m main pool, a separate jacuzzi and a solar-heated children's pool. Large comfortable loungers and umbrellas are spaced out around the area for all day sun and relaxing siestas. Enjoy al-fresco dining for twelve on the covered terrace that overlooks the pool area. Various other al-fresco dining options on the wrap around terrace can accommodate up to 40 guests. The house has a fully equipped summer kitchen and BBQ area to cater to all your outdoor culinary cravings. Breathtaking sunset views can be enjoyed from the rooftop terrace and then, when night sets in, witness the perfectly lit property transform into an atmospheric Mediterranean Chill Lounge.
