Mallorca Concierge Services – Terms & Conditions

 

All companies that provide a service are required to provide terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to our terms and conditions. These Conditions apply to all services booked or provided to you by My World VIP Ltd and by requesting services from us you agree that these conditions shall apply to those services and your bookings. We have these to protect you as a client, our partners and suppliers and to maintain the first-class reputation of our company. So we ask you to please take the time to read these carefully.

 

  1. RULES

1.1 Details provided to My World VIP Ltd when booking services of any kind must be accurate and true, this is an ongoing obligation and My World VIP Ltd must be notified of any changes to details as soon as possible. Incorrect information provided by you to My World VIP Ltd may invalidate your booking.

1.2 The payment card you are using is your own or that of the company that you work for and you have authorisation to use it. That card has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and/or services that you are booking.

1.3 For flights and accommodation please note that My World VIP Ltd is not a registered tour operator but provides services through accredited, registered and reputable affiliates.

1.4 Payments for Supplier Services will be requested in advance. There will be no contract until we accept your booking, have issued an invoice and we have received a deposit or payment in full with cleared funds. The balance of the bookings must be paid by the date detailed on the invoice. If we do not receive full payment by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and the relevant cancellation charges for the supplier will be in place.

 

  1. FEES

2.1 Our current fees are presented to you upon request.

2.2 We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

2.3 For any credit card payments to Suppliers, you will be sent a Payment Card Authorisation Form. When ordering a product or service, you may be required to provide your Payment Card details. If you request and authorise either My World VIP Ltd or a supplier to use your Payment Card in order to pay for products or services, you acknowledge and agree that My World VIP Ltd shall have no liability in respect of or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the use of your Payment Card provided that My World VIP acts in accordance with the instructions issued by you and as set out on the Payment Card Authorisation Form.

2.4 No services will be allowed to go ahead unless full payment is received either by My World VIP Ltd or the supplier.

2.5 Administration Fee of 10% will be added to all transactions made to My World VIP Ltd.

2.6 Cancellations –

a. Concierge – if you wish to cancel your Concierge Service you may do so within a 14 day period of your payment date. Any work carried out within this period will be billed to you. Any requests for cancellation after the 14 day time frame will not be accepted. No refunds will be granted after the 14 day period.

b. Luxury Experiences – if you wish to cancel a Luxury Experience you are subject to the individual suppliers’ terms and conditions which will be set out to you upon booking. You will also be subject to a 15% administration fee from My World VIP.

c. Weddings & Event Planning – if you wish to cancel a Wedding or Event you may do so within a 14 day period of your payment date. Any work carried out within this period will be billed to you. Any requests for cancellation after the 14 day time frame will not be accepted. No refunds will be granted after the 14 day period.

d. We reserve the right to add on extra admin charges for lengthy changes after the completed itinerary has been sent to you.

 

  1. GENERAL

3.1 My World VIP Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any services and/or to refuse to supply the services requested.

3.2 My World VIP Ltd shall have the right to make any changes to the Services that may be necessary to comply with any relevant law or safety requirement, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services, and My World VIP Ltd shall notify clients in any such event.

3.3 Requests may be placed by telephone, email or WhatsApp. We do not accept any requests by text message.

 

  1. SUPPLIERS

4.1  You acknowledge that My World VIP Ltd reserves the right to accept commissions upon the supply of products or performance of services by any Supplier and we work on a 15% – 20% commission.

4.2 Should a Supplier not offer a commission to My World VIP Ltd, we reserve the right to add commission on top of the Supplier price.

4.3 Suppliers are responsible for providing you with the services, products and activities that you book. My World VIP Ltd shall communicate with Suppliers on your behalf unless it is more appropriate for you to contact the Supplier directly.

4.4 Services are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual third party supplier.

4.5 All descriptions of any services provided by My World VIP Ltd have been agreed and approved by the relevant Supplier. My World VIP Ltd shall not be liable for inaccurate or misleading descriptions.

4.6 You acknowledge that the contract for the supply of goods and/or services made as a result of your request or the request of your PA is between you and the relevant Supplier and that My World VIP Ltd is not a party to such contract. Cancellation of contracts with Suppliers will be addressed with the Supplier directly and will be subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions. Any cancellation fees incurred, My World VIP Ltd reserve the right to invoice you for these fees in accordance with the Supplier’s terms and conditions.

4.7 All supplier payments are contractually processed through My World VIP Ltd as part of the agreed service.

4.8 When you are contracted with My World VIP Ltd for us to carry out concierge services, experiences or events, it is on the understanding that all quotations for suppliers and service providers are provided to you by My World VIP Ltd.

4.9 Once we have quoted for a supplier or service provider, if you the client were to book the same service with a supplier or service provider directly, My World VIP Ltd are within their right to invoice you for any commissions lost.

5. If you the client book a service but require My World VIP Ltd to arrange any part of that booking, My World VIP Ltd will be entitled to commission from that booking in the sum of 15% charged to you the client.

 

  1. AVAILABILITY

5.1 My World VIP Ltd will always work to its best endeavours to gain availability for the services, bookings and activities you require from our lengthy contact list of partners and suppliers. However we have to adhere to the calendars and availability of our suppliers and partners and whilst we work closely with them to ensure availability, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.2 We are available during our hours of business which are as follows :

Please note that you will have access to extended hours should you book our full concierge service, an event or a wedding.

 

  1. Liability

6.1 My World VIP Ltd will at all times, exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services as far as reasonably practicable. Where My World VIP Ltd chooses a Supplier to provide Services, it will use reasonable care and skill in selecting and engaging such Supplier.

6.2 All clients engaging in our services should note that the successful sourcing of Suppliers is always subject to availability and may change from time to time without notice. If any Supplier becomes unavailable, My World VIP Ltd will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that a substitute Supplier is located.

6.3 My World VIP Ltd shall not be responsible for any actions of Suppliers.

6.4 Any Goods or Services provided by the Supplier will be governed by the contract formed between the client and the Supplier.

6.5 My World VIP Ltd will not be responsible for any Goods or Services provided by the Supplier but will use its reasonable endeavours to assist in any subsequent dealings with Suppliers.

6.6 My World VIP Ltd may be asked to make recommendations to clients. When making such recommendations, My World VIP Ltd shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that such recommendations are accurate. My World VIP Ltd accepts no liability for any goods or services provided in the course of acting upon such a recommendation.

6.7 My World VIP Ltd disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any Supplier or any loss incurred by a client as a result of any act or omission of a Supplier.

6.8 My World VIP Ltd accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access our website or information or any failure to complete a transaction.

6.9 My World VIP Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatever (direct or indirect) resulting from the provision of the services or your reliance upon the information and suggestions provided by My World VIP Ltd and the resulting supply of goods and services to you by any third party supplier.

6.9.1 My World VIP Ltd shall not be liable to the client and will not be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions for any delay in performing or failure to perform the Services where such delay or failure is due to causes or events beyond the reasonable control of My World VIP Ltd.

 

  1. Jurisdiction

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
