Hi, I’m Tim and I’m the member of the team that is here to help you with anything Ibiza related. I know how lucky I am to call this beautiful island my home, and nothing pleases me more than to share my thoughts, experiences, and the odd secret, with our wonderful clients. 

The White Isle has it all – incredible natural beauty (often under-appreciated by those that don’t live here), a perfect balance of vibrancy & serenity, and a unique energy.  When it comes to amazing homes, Ibiza is a world leader there too.  If you like modern designer villas with killer sunset views, or prefer gorgeous restored fincas nestled in the hills, Ibiza definitely does them best.  We have the very best of them in the Charles Marlow portfolio – and I’ll be delighted to share with you some of my favourites, so please get in touch.

We have a very special team within the Charles Marlow family. Our skill sets and personalities are unique from one another, but we all share plenty of common traits. Our passion for Mallorca and Ibiza will come across immediately – we simply love these islands. We love the lifestyles we enjoy, and love that some of the most beautiful homes in the world are part of our workplace.

As professional as we are, there’s undoubtedly a sense of fun in everything we do. These islands (and life generally!) are here to be enjoyed, and to us this is important to convey in our daily work. Whether it’s our weekly team meetings, or quarterly company celebrations, or when we are out on viewings with clients, there always seem to be laughs, good times and plenty of memories.  

Taking Charles Marlow into the future

We have a saying within the business that we are not trying to be the largest agency in the Balearics, but we do want to be the best. That will never change. There is always a constant desire to improve ourselves, the way we do things, to make sure we have the most beautiful homes and that our clients are having the best experience possible.

Everything centres around the client as far as I’m concerned, I love spending time with them, and I love it when we find them the home they dreamt of. I know that as we continue to improve, we will have the opportunity to work with more and more amazing clients – and that’s all the motivation I need to keep going and keep contributing to being the best property agency we can be.
