Ca Na Brisa sits perched a stone’s throw away from the popular Cala Deia, offering a spectacular frontline view to one of Mallorca’s most beloved West Coast coves. This recently constructed, spacious and beautiful stone style 4-bedroom villa is securely gated, has private parking and a large saltwater pool. The house has high ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors and is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The large front terrace is the perfect place to relax into your seafront holidays.
Indoor layout: Ca Na Brisa was designed with holiday comfort and convenience in mind. The 4 spacious ensuite double bedrooms are light-filled and inviting and have AC and heating. The generous open kitchen with its marble countertops and heavy wooden cabinets and drawers is fully equipped and ideal for preparing meals throughout the day. There are two indoor dining areas to choose from, a comfortable sitting area upstairs plus a large living room area with sumptuous sofas downstairs. From the main living room, French windows give access to the bougainvillaea-draped porch and swimming pool beyond.
Outdoor layout: The most luxurious aspect of this property is the large terrace and swimming pool area with its Mediterranean sea view of Cala Deia. The house is protected and gated so that you feel like the fortunate ones above the crowd that gathers in the Cala below. The large saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, invites you to relax and soak up the Mallorcan sun and feel the fresh sea breeze in the air. There is also a shaded seating area, a stand-alone hammock, a gas BBQ and an alfresco dining area for 10 guests.
