Ca Na Mar is a beautiful traditional-style stone property with pretty pale blue shutters and gorgeous sea views. The 3-bedroom villa has a phenomenal internal layout, securely gated, with private parking and a pool, in a quiet area with few neighbours. The house has a gym, high ceilings, wooden beams and terracotta floors and is furnished to a very high standard throughout, decorated with artwork from local artists.
Indoor layout: Ca na Mar has a home-from-home feel, a perfect layout, you enter into a light-filled, open-plan hallway with the living room and kitchen leading off it. The airy, but cosy, living room has a fireplace for winter evenings and an antique tiled floor giving you a warm ambience throughout. The well-equipped kitchen is spacious and practical, delightful for six guests cooking. Leading off this level presents breathtaking sea views across a large terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. Upstairs, the galleried hallway leads to two grand en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private sun terrace.
On the lower pool level, you will find another double bedroom and a bathroom which can be used when relaxing by the pool. Guests have use of the fully equipped gym with an exercise bike, running machine, free weights and full-length mirrors.
Outdoor layout: The gated villa has private parking for 2 or 3 cars. There are numerous terraces including a large outdoor kitchen with a charcoal barbecue, another dining terrace with a gas barbecue off the kitchen, and a huge saltwater swimming pool measuring 13m x 4m. There are 6 sun loungers and pool towels are included. There’s even a table tennis table to keep you entertained! The views are unbeatable with the sea, coastal and mountain outlooks.

Ca Na Mar is located in the popular neighbourhood of S’Empeltada, on the outskirts of Deia village.
You can walk into the village along a lit footpath in 10 minutes, which gives you convenient access to all the bars, shops and restaurants. It’s also very conveniently positioned just above the road down to the Cala, giving you no excuse not to have an early morning dip before anyone else gets there.
