The Villa is places high up on the mountain of sunny High Deia, but you can walk into Deia town with all its shops and restaurants in just about 8-10 minutes. You do get sea views, privacy, parking and lots and lots of sunshine by being that little stretch out of town, of course.
The villa itself is in two levels, the top floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms. The master, with a view over Deia and the mountains, also has a comfortable sleeping couch, so if you visit with small children, you can stay up to 6 people. Downstairs you have a kitchen, a reception and a big, light and spacious living & dining room with access to the terraces. Outside the ample gardens and the large 10x5m pool provide you with plenty of joy and comfort. The gardens have various nooks for reading, strolling and sunbathing.
